Temperature Sensors & Switches We offer best quality MVD make temperature sensors & switches, which sense & convert temperature into electrical / electronic signals so that the user can know the temperature of engine / other part where the sensor is fitted. They are like a "Thermometer" but instead of liquid, they use electronic Thermistors / Bimetal Switches to sense the temperature. The input to temperature sensor is in the form of heat / temp and the output (through terminals) is connected to the Gouge which shows the reading either through mechanical gouges (meters) or digital gouges. The most important points for developing and manufacturing these switches are : Fitment specs (thread sizes, hex sizes, length, output type - blade/screw etc) Compatibility with Gouges (to ensure the same readings are passed) Selection of correct thermisters / bimetals Testing for performance at various temps Correct insulation Correct connection of terminals Each switch/sensor of our range is made of best quality material and with the thermisters / bimetals from the reliable sources in the world. Each switch/sensor is checked in accordance with IS/JIS/AIS test specifications and only then is dispatched to the clients. We have all the tests for these in our in-house laboratory and take great pride in being a pioneer of such Temp Switches in India - being the first in India to manufacture such switches and supply as OEM to Tata Indica Cars.
